I just joined the forum, so I thought I'd introduce myself. My name's Jeremy, and I'm a vegan animistic anarcho-tribalist. I'm also a dark/bizarro fiction writer. My published books are VACATION and SHEEP AND WOLVES, and my new novel, CURSED, will be published later this year. My work's appeared or is forthcoming in publications such as Cemetery Dance, Apex Magazine, Pseudopod, ChiZine, and The Magazine of Bizarro Fiction. And the short film I wrote, EGG, is currently making the rounds in the realm of film festivals. I've been writing obsessively since the age of 13. My likes include yard gnomes, coconut monkeys, and sporks. My dislikes include disrespect, malfunctioning water heaters, and mold. My wife and I live in a semi-haunted Victorian farmhouse, along with our legion of yard gnomes. Feel free to check out my website, if you'd like to explore my ramblings. -Jeremy

Thank you kindly, Paul! I do frighten easily, but as long as no one dresses up as a clown in a tutu and jumps out at me, I'm sure I'll be alright.

I don't think anyone's that crazy....yet. Besides, Rachel and Amy are on a fashion magazine. Unless clowns in tutu's are "in" you won't find them wearing anything close to it

Excuse me. We run an ALTERNAIVE FASHION MAGAZINE. What's "in" isn't a problem. *Rolls eyes dramatically* Oh, hi, Jeremy, by the way! I am the aforementioned Amy. And I seem to have a miraculous habit of scaring away "newbies"... *evil laugh*.... Ahem. (: PleaseDon'tBeScared...

Hi Amy! It's a pleasure to meet you. Big fan of alternative fashion! Ever do any features on steampunk? Every time someone says "please don't be scared," that's when they proceed to scare me. But I'll trust you.

To be fair, it's not my fault that this lot have caused me to becaome slighlty... *twitches slightly*... crazy... *twitches again, to illustrate her point* And... alt. fashion-wise... most of what we've featured so far has been goth/indie/scene-type stuff, because that's what we're good at... but speak to Rachel about it (when she gets herself back online!) - I'm sure she'd be able to help a helluva lot more, as it is her magazine! We're going to the Clothes Show London, Friday. We get to see Jordan's cat-walk debut. Dear God, what is the world coming to, when the only good thing on the press-release is that? *Shakes head sadly*

AMY! Your my fashion editor, and you didn't notice that Kato who we interviewed in the Pin/Up Vintage Issue (why she was in that one I don't know!) was Steampunk!
And Tutus are always hanging around Alternative Fashion... AND THEY WERE ON THE RUNWAY YESTERDAY AT CLOTHES SHOW LIVE! And most unfortunately so was Jordan in a bikini.
Oh... and HI!!! (and welcome!)

"goth/indie/scene-type stuff"--awesome! "Kato who we interviewed in the Pin/Up Vintage Issue (why she was in that one I don't know!) was Steampunk!" Very cool. I love me some Steampunk. Wonderful to meet you, Rachel! Thanks for the warm welcome, all. -Jeremy

Welcome to our humble home, Jeremy. Come on in, the water's lovely. Kick off you shoes, sit by the fire and tell us your dark tales, and we shall tell you ours.
And I shall look for you on Pseudopod, that is an awesome site with which I have a fairly new affinity.
By the way, you don't have to be mad to come here, but it helps. No, really.
