Quote from Christopher from the Welcome Blog: Just another note to new members!
Incase you didnt know, you can rate other members posts. This is called Karma. If they act like a complete , i'm a noob OK!!?? you can give then negative karma, if they act cool, or come back witha witty reply, you can give them positive karma.
To give positive Karma, click the [Exalt] option under the poster's name and avatar. To give negative Karma, click the [Smite] option.
Look out for "hot threads" and "very hot threads" when they appear, it means its a hot topic For example, mine was quite low for a while after I was messing about in a flame war with one of the other Admins , on the other hand, I've been giving good Karma to people who I thought have been really helpful to new members, or in one case because he beat me in a debate (which few people ever manage .

OK, change that. It will now be, "Eggy, Lord of all things right and goodly, lord of the skies and earth, full member " (yes, you must use the smiley face too).

Ok. I noticed something about the Literary Den site itself and couldn't find any other place to mention this so I'm doing it here. I checked on the 'Current Members work' tab and noticed that you hve listed both my books as (s) being short story. They are both (b) being books. Just thought i'd mention that. Thanks.

Are they over 20,000 words? If not, they're still short stories (if they're around or blow 5000), or novellas (thats usually 5000-20,000 words)

Well 'Bladez' is so far i have 20636 words on it. The Aether, I'm not sure of how many words it is but I know i'm not over 20000 yet but as i guarentee I will have before long. I'm working at a fast pace with that one.

To be fair... a short novel is usually like 50,000 to 70,000 if i remember correctly... But yea, what you're writing sounds like novellas.
